New Port Facility Project: Stakeholder engagement, strategic coordination, and provision of specialized port and marine technical advisory services in support of the development of Nunavut’s new port infrastructure.

Maritime Sector Master Plan: Development and implementation support, including governance reform, port modernization, maritime digitalization, operational frameworks, safety, resilience, and capacity-building initiatives.

Digitalization Initiative: Strategic advisory and consulting services supporting the development and phased implementation of port digitalization solutions, including operational optimization, data integration, and smart port transformation initiatives.

Marine Master Plan: Advisory and consulting services supporting the Marine Master Plan and implementation framework, including operational, infrastructure, governance, and strategic planning considerations.

Vancouver Marine Highway Expansion Project: Technical, regulatory, operational, and safety feasibility assessment for navigation channel expansion to increase marine traffic while enhancing safety, security, environmental protection, and efficiency.

Western Canadian Ports Coalition Initiative: Coordinated, evidence-based ports position for Transport Canada consultations, covering governance, efficiency, safety, funding, resilience, and national trade competitiveness.

Maritime Advisory services for the development and implementation of the National Maritime Strategy, including sustainability (i.e. climate change and decarbonization).

Collaboration and support in the Development and implementation of the National Maritime Strategy.  LG contributed to stronger maritime governance, sector coordination, and alignment with international practices.

LG supported the development of the port and provided advisory services regarding the National Maritime Policies, governance framework, and implementation priorities.

Review, audit and benchmarking of overall governance & operations vis-à-vis Transport Canada & ISPO requirements.
Development of policies, directives and procedures, development of Master Plan to introduce digitalization of operations.

Delivery of the Marshall Island Strategic Development Plan, including the updated demand, review and optimization of existing port facilities and operations along with digitalization and sustainability of RIMPA.

ARCTIC NAVIGATION. Business case study for the introduction of new maritime service between port of Churchill and northern communities including  existing & future technologies to optimize overall operations.

Audit of Safety Management System as an integrated part of overall "Smart port" initiative. Complete assessment of Smart Port's systems in order to ensure reliability, interoperability and connectivity.

Smart Oil Export Offshore Operations: development of  overall marine operations strategy and plans to ensure sustainable project delivery and operationalization. The project is paramount for the Iraqi Government and will bridge several years.

Smart Port Master Plan: development of  master plan including the introduction of the following systems: ERP, TOS, PIMS and VTMS. LG team provided feasibility study to establish critical path and road map for successful implementation.

Digital Transformation Initiative: Seeking improved digital services like real-time coordination and communication, the Authority engaged LG to provide strategic consulting and develop a Master Plan to drive its digital transformation.

Master Plan on Enhanced Marine Traffic Fluidity (SMART PORT): LG developed the Master Plan and provided the road map and provided support for its implementation.

Maritime Single Window Awareness Initiative: In line with the FAL Convention’s 8 April 2019 mandate for electronic ship-port data exchange, LG provided strategic & operational support to advance port digitalization strategies.
